MQZX-L Series of Inclined Type Seed Cotton Cleaner for Long-staple Cotton
1.The machine adopts large barbed nail cylinder and low speed structure, which is conducive to seed cotton cleaning and has little damage to seed cotton.
2.The machine adopts multiple barbed nail cylinder layout, which is conducive to the full opening of seed cotton.
3.The barbed nail cylinder is designed with 18-edge structure, good stability, little vibration and impurity cleaning efficiency is not less than 65%.
4.The barbed nails are processed by CNC machining center , taper flat head design ,small fiber damage and not easy to jam.
5. Transparent protective cover adopts advanced phosphating process and plastic powder coating technology, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

2. The machine adopts double channel saw roller recovery structure, which can effectively reduce seed cotton dropping and loss of ginning outturn.
3. Channekl saw is one-time formed, good strength, conducive to seed cotton cleaning.
